1.) when will the training facilities be ready ? what is the timescale
are Hibs serious about getting some. It looks like they are not
that interested.

2.) When will the east stand be rebuilt ? Also are they aware its
the only stand with atmosphere how will they address this.

3.) Will TM be allowed a greater % of turnover. Surely
Hibs can trust TM to deliver could we not increase this to
say 59% for a manager we have great confidence in.

4.) Will Petrie speak and let the fans know the direction ?
he seemed happy to take all the credit when everything
was going peachy.

5.) Why did we not sell all our tickets can we investigate
work this out. Perhaps the ticket office is not up to
scratch ? Or perhaps we need an upgrade to something ?

IMO this is most important- decent facilities would bring out more from our players and increase the amount of quality youngsters coming through. It may also help to attract players to the club.

I think it's less important to redevelop the East stand urgently unless we need more capacity. Judging by attendances (and now acheivements) this season, under capacity will not be a problem come next season.

Bringing the debt down will help to acheive this. But ask yourself the question; can TM be trusted to do this? In my view, Zibbi, Konte, Konde & Hogg have not been very good signings. Sure, others like Murphy & Sproule are great and Killen looks to be a good signing too, but TM is making mistakes with the cash that he is being given. Perhaps that's understandable but it does mean that progress will be slower than we might like.

I think RP has made it quite clear what he wants to do with Hibs- namely to keep them financially sound. IMO, that is his main job and he is doing it well. Remember, the smaller the debt then the greater amount of turnover can be used on players contracts. I'm happy that Mad Vlad isn't in charge of Hibs pumping large amounts of money in- the trade off is too great. They've sold their soul to satan and the time will soon come for them to pay up on their side of the bargain. I'm glad that Hibs are not in such a situation.

Perhaps the system needs changed. Maybe the 1 ticket per ST was a mistake, but then again, demand was expected to be huge.

yes spot on. So why have the board not gone out and made this happen ? :banger:

Yes we can trust him. Although perhaps we should have a goalkeeping/defending scout :rollfloor

I'm sure that it's on the go, but it's not as simple as just doing it. Unfortunately there isn't a Footballtrainingfacilities 'R' Us nearby for RP or TM to nip down to and get what we need.

Hopefully we will hear something soon from the club about this.

Sorry but rubbish. They have what say '5' years at least to get this sorted. or '10' years. Or I know lets put fancy fittings in our stands
rather than get a decent training pitch.

'Who ever in charge of getting training facilities' I am sorry but you have not done your job you are rubbish, you are fired :yeah:

looking at some of the posts and I feel somewhat bemused,We are all waiting with baited breath for things at swinecastle to implode,I for one do not think this will happen, not as quickly as some would hope, in the meantime it is very probable they will win the scottish cup again. They had the added bonus of uninterupted training all week while we scurried around like a juvenile boys club hunting for a dry patch of grass. Our squad is so small I would have felt less than confident if it had been gretna we were playing. As far as good signings murphy is the only one that I rate, sproule will one day, maybe become great but yesterday he proved how inexperienced and volitile he still is.The only way to become successfull in football these days is to spend,We cant do it and will for ever more, unless a sugar daddy comes along remain a nearly team.I have no doubt we did not sell all our tickets yesterday because a lot of people did not think we would win and when we finnish 6th,as I predicted,we will be taking a step back the way instead of going forward.:dunno: Any way I will be there untill I die, I just have a realistic out look.:bbb:

I agree. All the posts looking at who played well and who did not are not looking at the bigger picture. We have many players who are not 'great' and we have no money to replace them. However we do have some great youngsters coming through so I am sure we will see some good games for a while yet :thumbgrin

what good are these youngsters, how will they improve if we keep having to hunt for somewhare to train

we used to have a team (earlier this season) that looked gelled, that looked like they could go and do something, not win the league but mayby win some silverware, i watched a game earlier in the season, we ran out heads high looking for the game to start,
on sunday they trotted out and trotted through the game

we have young steads there, they need pastures that they can graze and grow on, where they can go every training day and know that they are not going to get a needle in there leg cos there on a public park,

we are biginning to look like a sunday outfit, and unless something is done we may find ourselves slipping further down and out
