I'd imagine Sutton will (if he hasn't already) blame the Board for 'not backing Neil' just as he did when Lennon lost the plot a bit at Hibs.

It's NEVER Lennon's fault, according to Sutton. And Lennon.

I think Lennon is a very good manager (he certainly was for us) but he has a tendency sometimes to be too clever for his own good when it comes to selection of players and tactics. Tuesday night was another example of this.

The big lesson must be, find your best squad and make players strive to get a place rather than chop and change for the hell of it.
