Should Athens build a Mosque?

Odd that this should be a question of state funding, but then the Greeks seem to expect the state to fund everything.

Other than that, of course Mosques should be built in Athens. However, the greeks have a very different history and have been at the sharp end of the relentless islamic incursions on europe over the centuries, including loss of much historical territory, and centuries of occupation. In short, the changing face of things will be a lot realer for them.

Finally, amusing to see some of the prejudices of reactionary greek clerics sound indistinguishable from those of liberal luvvies.
