Despite the coronavirus crisis it seems things are rumbling below the surface of the main contenders.
Sir Keir has his own thread where the election and probable subsequent independence vote was touched upon. Will Scottish Labour find the candidates to field in all seats? I hear there's potentially a problem.
The article linked below is indicating the tory bastards are lining up their usual dirty tricks department to spread more shite than a farmer in spring. PS good luck getting them and the fish boat owners on side after they've been jolly well rogered after Brexit!
The SNP are keeping their powder dry. Why intervene when the two main opposition and unionist parties are doing more for the SNP and the cause than they could hope for in their wildest dreams. The SNP look to scoop up way most of the first past post seats and damage limitation on the skewed PR element.
Step in the opportunistic Greens who will pick up many of these seats, way beyond their natural popularity - except maybe in Brighton!
The Libdems are more irrelevant now than they ever have been at any time in their history. Less credibility than the Monster Raving Loony Party.

U.K.’s Tories Start War Gaming to Prevent Scottish Independence
Britain’s governing Conservatives are sketching out a strategy to counter rising support for Scottish independence, with a memo circulated to a select group of people including Cabinet minister Michael Gove, according to people familiar with the discussions taking place.
