Having had a few weeks now to reflect on the sudden departure of NL ( although I had felt it had been on the cards for some months ever since it was obvious BR had no confidence in the board at CFC and would be off to the EPL) and the appointment of PH I wondered what the general feeling amongst bouncers was. Anyone wish that NL had not left? I for one an glad he has gone as although he did well in his time with us he had lost the will in the last few months and I reckon he knew BR was off during the season ( the John McGinn episode I think a catalyst , player wanted to go to CFC, BR wanted him, NL probably wanted him to go there and CFC captain and pal of NL wanted him there ) and CFC being the cheapskates they are ,NL knew he could engineer a move back to CFC at least until the end of the season. Thoughts please.
Thought I would mention that yesterday I went to the Rayo Vallecano v Real Betis game in Madrid as spending a bit of time in Madrid this year. I have been to Real M and AM games however the atmosphere at RY was amazing. A small ground say 18-20 k I reckon , falling to bits in a poor state, in a poor part of city but what a noise there fans make. If in Madrid don't do Real M tourist rubbish get out to a Rayo game.
