This guy seems to have flown under the radar. He spent most of his career in the lower leagues in England so has obviously built up good contacts over the years.

He appears to have the knack of finding little gems in the same way Donald park did for us.

It might not be a bad idea to make him our first signing of the transfer window.

Easy enough to say.

But he needs a chairman thats willing to risk,a manager seeing what he sees,and a good group of scouts to check them out.

We would need to sack our whole recruitment team pretty much.
