I much prefer the chat on BT to the inane gibberings of Andy and Charlie, although I don’t actually watch much TV football. Game highlights is the norm for me.
What I’d like to see included in a deal is a fairer share of the cash distribution.
It always seems to be that the main beneficiaries of cash coming in to the game are the Bigot Brothers. Perhaps a fairer way of apportioning cash would encourage more competition rather than concentrating on strengthening the Old Bigots for their dream move to the EPL.
But of course ‘we need a strong Rangers’ in Scottish football don’t we. We get that drummed into us all the time by the huncompliant media and blazers. After all, the game collapsed when the Huns were shut down. Crowds collapsed, interest faded……….. etc etc.
The fact that we accept that 10 clubs are put at a massive financial disadvantage every season before a ball is even kicked defies belief. Does this happen in any other sport/league/country? (Honest question)
