Not in this sense. If someone stole a car worth £10,000 you wouldn't say in court that the charge related to a car worth £10,000 plus £8,000 for the cost of the police time and £5,000 for the costs of the court.

The unionist press and politicians don’t give a shit about SNP finances. It’s a veiled attack on the party of governance in Scotland because we keep telling the Westminster parties to GTF come election time. And they hate that they’ve lost their grip on the country. Especially the branch office of British Labour in Scotland.
TBH Jimmy we'll never know. But I don't think that's the real story. I think it's a culture of shutting down dissent and when faced with an issue going all out attack. The monstering of SNP activists who asked questions about the books is a prime example. Rather than listen to them they were shut down. And some of the people who feel wronged are getting revenge.

Nobody outwith the party, or folk who contributed, has been affected though so it’s really got fuck all to do with the unionist mouthpieces. Murrell has admitted guilt and is to be sentenced. All this clamour for further enquiries, to cost further millions at public expense, is for two reasons only. Firstly to get revenge against the former first minister because she was head and shoulders above every Westminster politician over her tenure and secondly to give them leverage to shut the Scottish parliament down.
I agree that there should be no more enquiries at public expense as the criminal matter will be dealt with in Court and Murrell will be punished, however due to his high profile and then wife then obviously it’s of public interest. The secretive culture within the SNP is becoming more public and Saint Nippy’s halo has slipped after yesterday’s interview
