I would hope so because if a geezer running a web site can find out all the shenanigans then the auditors must have been in fear of Murrell or they helped.Pretty sure they can't go after the house.
The authorities can go after the stuff under the proceeds of crime at that goes to general government coffers.
What I find surprising is that the SNP, whose money it was that was stolen, could go to the courts to recover the money BUT the proceeds of crime get first dibs!
There's been mention elsewhere that the SNP auditors during the period in question have been more than a little remiss in their duties and I suspect they'll have been busy checking their insurance policies!
Maybe that explains the missing £300,000
