He was talking about previous managers at one point and two potentially Hibs related things stood out.
When asked if Heckingbottom was a bad manager he giggled looked at his shoes and went into a unprovoked chat about how you know from day one that some managers heart isn't in it.
Additionally he mentioned having success under a poor manager who was lucky to have team full of big characters who self managed. Checking his wiki this can only really be Stubbs or Eddie Howe... Given the two subsequent career paths of each, my guess would be Stubbsy.
Interesting if nothing else. Also he was giving it tight to Joel Sked after finding out he was a Jambo.
