I lived around the corner from this bakery for a wee while in the 70's. I'll never forget the gorgeous smell of baking bread as I walked to school in the morning. On the down side ma school(Craiglockhart) was full of Jambos, and they were all still smarting from the recent 7 nil thrashing. One of the reasons why I became a Hibee really!
