Not sure if this has been mentioned previously: how rare it is for (let's call them) a team from Ibrox to lose a Scottish Cup final from a winning position. Aberdeen did it to them in 1982, winning 4-1 a.e.t. after Rangers opened the scoring, but nobody else came from behind to beat Rangers in a cup final in eleven other finals they lost going back to 1906, before that they lost five more but the sequence of scoring isn't so easy to find. Just goes to show another aspect of the weight of history Hibs magnificently overcame on 21st May.
