Dundee Utd hinging on by their finger nails and no more. Can't envisage them beating Livi now...

Willo Flood having a total meltdown was brilliant to see, neither team can defend for Toffee though

See Ross county are up 1-0 moving them to 11th as it stands on goal difference

Finished 1-1...Ross County relegated.

Partick Thistle to play Livingston in Play-off final.

Ross County have done well to stay in the top league for so long. Feel a bit sorry for Liam Fontaine but he done his best for them.

I think Partick will beat Livingston over two legs.

Hope Thistle stay up.

Don’t think there’s much to suggest livi might win.

Also seen Cowdenbeath edged out cove rangers - 3 red cards at end for cove.

Mon the Livi Lions

I live just along from you as you know, fuck that, franchise pricks. For Livi Fans read, people under 21, folk fi England or further, roundabout weirdos and turncoats (we all know at least one).

Mon the Harry Wrags, a proper fitba club.

Hibernian FC, Murieston, Livingston.

Meh.

Perhaps they should've stayed as Ferranti instead of being 'franchised' into Meadowbank
.

.
Who were apparently a proper team, despite playing in front of about 300 fans.

.
Though Livi are a tin pot team despite averaging 3-4 times that attendance, despite having won a National Cup Final (!) and despite them having played in Europe.

As for Partick, proper fitba team an aw that? What do they bring to ER? About 300 fans. And I think your description of the Livi fanbase isnae actually that far off the Partick fanbase (swap roundabout weirdos for luvvies-and disregard the turncoat part as I've no idea what you actually mean?).

For me personally: Partick stay up and I'll be working when we play them away.
Livi come up and it's a half day, a walk down the road, couple of pints and into the game.

Turncoats are people over about 25 who used to support Hibs, the gunts, Huns, Dodgers and others and now watch Livi once every 5 years.

Thistle bring 5 times what Livi bring.

I prefer a day out in the weej, a day out down the centre, well I do that at least a couple of times a month. Unless you are paying when Hibs come to to town?

Home support is around 1000, its like going to Hamilton with 4 stands.

Thanks for clarifying the turncoats comment. I don't know any of these people-but I'm willing to believe they exist. Maybe some of them through financial or moral reasoning just decided to bring up their kids supporting the local team rather than dragging them to the weege/embra just to keep family traditions going? I don't know.

But I do know that I've read countless posts on the Bounce over the years berating people from all over Scotland for NOT following their local team - and following (usually) one arse cheek of the bigot brothers instead.

That's NEVER going to change unless these "turncoats" raise their kids differently is it?

I very, very rarely have a day oot down the Centre but I would 100% prefer it over a day in the weege.

Re your last point. IF Livi come up I'll happily treat you to several cervezas when the Hibees roll into town. GGTTH

Excellent, I look forward to it! (after tonight, its looking likely).

What ever happened to The Plastics’ fanbase? I’m sure I can remember going there in the eighties and them having pretty decent crowds. Are they another club f***ed over by the SFA’s obsession with the ugly sisters?

Partick are in desperate trouble in this tie going by their performance last night. Livingston should have won by more. Take out Kris Doolan and Thistle have hardly any goal threat. Livi are a tough team to play against and must fancy their chances on Sunday with a 2-1 advantage. Thistle will have to up their game big time to win and survive in this league.

Hopkin has done a phenomenal job getting Livingston to two successive promotions and back to the top league. Their style is not easy on the eye but it suits them given their resources and it is certainly effective. They will be a tough nut to crack next season particularly on their own patch. Thistle only have themselves to blame. They have been woeful for most of this season and have now paid the price. Doolan is their only reliable goalscorer and I reckon he could be away now. Wouldn't say no to him at Easter Road if we can't get McLaren back.

Livi v The Gunts.

What a mouthwatering spectacle that promises to be.
Did I say mouthwatering? I meant eyebleeding.

Two teams without any intent to entertain or even play a bit.
Just battering the ball up in the air and as far up the park as possible.

The Gunts have more experience at doing it though so will probably annihilate the Lions every time.
One nil.

Are we sure it’s a plastic pitch down there? My mate who was there for the Dundee Utd playoff game reckons it’s not?

It wasn’t this season but think they’re getting a plastic pitch laid during the summer in time for next season.

They're getting one.

Michael Stewart got pelters from them for saying he was disappointed that they had gone up because 25% of the pitches would be plastic next year. Sad times.

Really? That is fuckin rubbish, like. 3 out of 12 grounds with surfaces like the Pitz. Rank.

It's awful. Criteria for this league should be having a grass pitch.
