Why must you assume I'm 'at it'? The Scottish Government budget isn't fixed. They have tax varying powers. But the only point I'm making (as someone who thinks the cap is wrong) is that the Scottish Government could mitigate the two child cap but has chosen not to. I'm not saying that they are wickedly doing this. But they have prioritised other issues. And that's just a fact, no matter how angry that makes people here.

If they haven't then why haven't they?

And if they have why the fuck are the SNP putting down motions that involve policy in what they regard as a foreign country? Would they not be better to use parliamentary procedures to highlight need in Scotland?

I've already said they are doing what they can with the Scottish Child Payment. Am I not writing in English? If Westminster can't afford to cancel the two child scheme what makes anyone think that Scotland, on a budget, can do more than Westminster can, especially on a reserved matter like Universal Credit?

You're wasting time mate.
Some folk are more than happy for Scotland to hand over all its wages to the master, then still feel it's fair game to criticize what we spend our pocket money on.
They have been told all their lives that we are a shitty wee nation who couldn't do what every other nation can do, and look after itself and we need propped up from the magnificent charitable establishment which is Westminster. They do not want to question their beliefs in case they have to admit to themselves that that have been fooled all their days
