Has been appointed as the assistant to national youth team coach Scot Gemmill.

Collins will be working part time and is quoted saying

"as a nation, we've got to get working harder with our kids, morning, noon and night, to develop technical football players. Scots already have a great fighting spirit, but that's not enough."

I think that if he was spend a good amount of time with young players who were serious and willing to work hard he could work wonders.
In a part time role where he only see's players during international weeks, I'm not too sure how much he could impose on the players?
