Italy Albania

We're wanting all decent teams to have no shocks and go through just to stop England.

Cracking game to watch so far, fastest ever Euro goal then some great football. Glad Gli Azzurri recovered from that early set back… not just because I’ve been in Italy for a while now, but because I’ve got them to with the tournament at 18/1!

As in holiday or stay there?

Aye went to Milan V Bologna, San Siro is amazing.

No had the chance to get to any others, although did go to the F1 at Imola which was good.

Brilliant atmosphere and a cathedral of football but it is tired and falling to bits.

It’s a proper football stadium.

I didn’t think it was as bad as had been made out to be honest, although it does need some work done. I hope they find a way to renovate it similar to what’s been done with the Bernabéu.

Been their twice, the noise was amazing the Germans voted our anthem the best ever in 2014, still a YouTube classic.

Saw a video of their fans facing off in the street
Albanians snapped spaghetti
Italians were inconsolable

Great banter 👏

From Fratelli di'Italia being passionately belted out onwards, I enjoyed the game, but then I have always had a soft spot for the Azzurri and follow them in the majour tourneys. I thought the current crop of players showed a familiar excellent technique and created two superbly crafted goals. I'd tip them to be there or thereabout once again.

We could maybe do with a merged ‘Euros Games’ type thread?
