Wonder how long he’ll actually serve of the two life sentences? Not long enough. With serious head injuries.
Attacked by a fellow inmate with an iron bar.
OH dear. How sad. Never mind.
Eligible for parole in 16 years. mental.Wonder how long he’ll actually serve of the two life sentences? Not long enough.
Ian Huntley is a grotesque.
But also almost certainly an abused become abuser and / or a few slates short of a roof.
I'm not going to mourn the cnut if he doesnt make it, but it's a bit too easy to make a devil then throw stones at it
Even if he survives the latest incident....I cant see him lasting that long.Eligible for parole in 16 years. mental.
I'm not fishing. These cases test my own resolve that we should try and resist the urge to vengeance.Nope, sorry couldn't give a fuck if he was "almost certainly abused" in the past.
I suspect you are just throwing that in there fishing, there has never been any proof that he has. Fuck him and anyone that defends him.
* i do not intend to respond to your incoming 14 paragraph treatise on why i am wrong.
Puts me in mind of this dialogue from Manhunter.I'm not fishing. These cases test my own resolve that we should try and resist the urge to vengeance.
Deid apparently, its a tweet so could be wrong

It's a wee power trip for them as well P&G. They then have the upper hand for a while.I agree with this, I think the key to progress is breaking these depressing cycles of abuse.
The thing that absolutely disgusts me about Huntley though - and it was discussed here at the time - was he used an ambush defence in court, bringing forward key information at trial that he hadn’t disclosed to the police before that.
It’s a sick twisted kind of cnut that treats the death of children as some game.
Reminds me of a thread I want to start
Not the way to think at all.Fingers crossed he survives this... he deserves to spend the rest of his days being fed through a straw.. hopefully lives to be a hundred
I think i agree with this, wakening up every morning in a state of fear knowing this is it for the rest of your naturalFingers crossed he survives this... he deserves to spend the rest of his days being fed through a straw.. hopefully lives to be a hundred
Aww shame.Deid
I hope he was terrorised for years before being put out of his misery.Aww shame.![]()
Me tae.I hope he was terrorised for years before being put out of his misery.
Live by the sword. This is how things break down. And it's the toughest cases that test the principle. Huntley was a monster, for whatever reason. So it's easy to be dismissive about his death. But people shouldn't be getting murdered in prison. It is a fundamental failure of the system. And where do you draw the line? If it's ok for Huntley to be murdered then who else is fair game?
24 hour lockdown, Archie? This is how things break down. And it's the toughest cases that test the principle. Huntley was a monster, for whatever reason. So it's easy to be dismissive about his death. People shouldn't be getting murdered anywhere but shit happens. Without keeping them locked up in solitary 24 hours a day there's going to be times they can be at risk. This is how things break down. And it's the toughest cases that test the principle. Huntley was a monster, for whatever reason. So it's easy to be dismissive about his death. But people shouldn't be getting murdered in prison. Yeah the innocents in his family have suffered hugely, wouldn’t wish that on any familyI feel sorry for his mother
That's not my position mate. What @Archie said is closer to mine. HMP Frankland is a category A prison, meaning it has the highest level of security, and houses numerous of the UK high-profile inmates, including Michael Adebolajo, one of the two men convicted of murdering Lee Rigby; the serial killer Levi Bellfield and Wayne Couzens, the police officer who murdered Sarah Everard. The lovely mentalist Bronson was also there at one time, all monsters like Huntley. Whoever chibbed him, whenever that transpires, will have families of loved ones, somewhere saying that's the bloke who killed our son, raped and murdered our daughter or other henous crime. I've always over the years been bemused by comments on here about clearly wrong uns 'will get it inside' with tacit, law of the jungle conertationsLive by the sword.
I'm not in the prison service and I get it's a really difficult situation. The guy who killed him was unlikely to get out so had nothing to lose. He might well like the fame. But prisoners are in the care of the state. And part of that should be to prevent inmates from getting murdered, no matter how grotesque they are.24 hour lockdown, Archie?
Human rights etc, etc
I remember an image from the Dunblane inquiry. A poor, broken, bewildered woman - Hamilton's mother.Yeah the innocents in his family have suffered hugely, wouldn’t wish that on any family
In a perfect world Archie.I'm not in the prison service and I get it's a really difficult situation. The guy who killed him was unlikely to get out so had nothing to lose. He might well like the fame. But prisoners are in the care of the state. And part of that should be to prevent inmates from getting murdered, no matter how grotesque they are.
