Hermes tend to work business to business. I'm thinking that you should contact the sender of whatever it is you are waiting for

A few weeks back my wife ordered a dress online , Hermes left it safely under an upturned mossy plant pot in the garden , The packaging was manky

Don't known where they are , but , as in forzas post I find them useless. Stuff left in shed , greenhouse, wheelie bin , or in one case, on the back doorstep!

Here is a number for Hermes that I used when I had to complain about a parcel being dumped in the wet 0845 6060 500

No idea where they are based in Edinburgh as my delivery driver uses his shitty wee Peugeot
