Groningen Ajax - game off re smoke bombs

As it says on tin. Ajax got a corner after 5 mins or so, Grunn fans chuch lighters then several heavy smoke bombs, filthy black smoke.

Ref took everyone off, they restarted 10 mins later, the Ajax player took the corner - then more smoke bombs were chucked on the field.

Game immediately suspended thereafter (that's the rule for 2nd incursion).

Grunn fans not happy with club board but this does not look good for the already-relegated club. Truly an annis horribilis.

Fan got on the park wi an anti-board banner too apparently. Removed by stewards.

This is the latest in a bunch of nasty incidents this season at Grunn, and looks like this was deliberately planned in advance to stop the game as the result could have been crucial for Ajax (and means nowt to Groningen).
