Interestingly, just as we were approaching Blackpool for the game recently, one garage called Essarr, I think, had petrol for sale at £1.32.9 per litre. Most petrol stations in Preston, where we stayed overnight, were about £1.38.9 per litre. Morrisons in the Borders were £1.41.9 at that time, while Morrisons at Piershill was £1.43.9. Get the feeling we're being fleeced?

Over here (Eastern North Carolina) people are going Tonto about the price of gasoline. Did some quick numbers, Over here it's would be about 72p a litre! I try to tell folk how good they have it, but of course they don't listen!
