Fracking In An Independent Scotland?

Family member disgusted I'm not voting Yes and in particular because of the threat of fracking. What have the SNP outlined in their white paper with regards to fracking? It seems to me an opportunity?

It was mentioned on the news the other day but im no sure it's in the White paper.

From what i've read in the i,we'll be exporting our shale gas and talk of lower energy prices is just talk.

I'm open minded about it at this point.
