Fine if it stays that way

Still think Hearts will win...very much hope I am wrong as a draw or an Aberdeen win will suit Hibs.

In think he's about the same level as Nisbet but KN has more potential.

So many said he would never score goals in the top league....I had my doubts as well to be honest.
Guys a natural goalscorer and a superb finisher.
He really is. Give him the service and he's a top scorer. I thought I remembered him being linked with us at one point but could be wrong. A front two of Nisbet and Shankland ⚽⚽⚽

Of course. Let us recall on here. Not good enough for Hibs, he'll never step up to SPL, Hun Bastard, Tefal heid.
Not unique. That for a guy not with us, fair enough.
Same forensic analysis has applied to players actually playing in the Green.

BIG G
I was actually thinking about you as I wrote. Maybe a couple of your bets might have come in with him eh?
I hate to see personal abuse of anyone. There would have been none of that nonsense if he was with us.

Bollocks. Probably 5th then.

We'll be lucky to make up four points from the remaining games.

Could still bag us a bit of Europe when we were fretting about relegation form before Christmas, but still a bit disappointing.

If it finishes 2-1 we need to win tomorrow simple as that
IMO we needed to win tomorrow anyway.
If we had beaten both St Mirren and Aberdeen it wouldn't be such an issue...but of course, being Hibs, we failed to do so when we had the chances when it really mattered.
Fifth the best we are going to get now.

Means tomorrow is a must win.
Not a bad thing imo .
Win tomorrow and a point on Wednesday

4th still has to be the aim

Win tomorrow and as long as the diets roll over for their big brothers as per its pretty irrelevant really what happens v Celtic. Weirdly I think I'd rather go to the pink palace a point behind rather than a point ahead

I want to win them both and go there 2 points ahead

I dont think Shankland would've signed for Hibs.
Was on a very good wage at United and no Scottish team wanted to improve on it.
Then when he wanted to come back to Scotland as soon as Hearts were interested that's all that would've ever happened.

Not sure he's a character fit for Hibs, but no doubt the lad can score goals.
Never understood players who get criticised for a goal tally being supplemented by penalties either... I wish we had a penalty taker.
Boyle is fairly consistent tbf.

Oh what might have been had we won the games we should have.
It really should have been Hibs at a canter for third.
We have failed far too often against the bottom six clubs.
Far too many points conceded.
Dundee United for example...rock bottom and favourites for automatic relegation....we have failed the beat them even once in three attempts.

Spot on.
Too many easy wins turned into scrappy draws or shitty defeats.
I hate to say it, but that's because the Gordon's didn't know football. You can't use American football/baseball/basketball principles here.

They're learning though. I think they have good intentions and am tentatively optimistic about the future

I agree. Now it looks like as long as the Gordon family trust Kensell for the business, and McDermott and Johnson for the football then your optimism is well placed.

I remember one well Kent face telling me that Hibs looked at him when he was at Ayr and he failed the fit and proper test.
