Has his critics but..... this is quite an incredible statistic

[h=5]Fernando Torres becomes the first player ever to win the Champions League, Europa League, Euro Championships and World Cup[/h]

He's got a boost in confidence since Rafa came in, Rafa instilled his belief back.

For 50M his return hasn't been great, he offers a lot to the team though and given enough chances he's still more than capable of being one of the deadliest forwards.

Talk of him going back to Madrid in a part swap for Falcao.

Come on Jarkko, Stevie Wonder could see he was piss poor and low in confidence at Chelsea prior to Rafa coming in.

Only his finishing was piss poor. As others have said he's always involved in other ways. You can only say someone is pish if they're a waste of a jersey IMO.

I feel that Rafa has been a big influence in him this season.

I always felt he got a raw deal at Chelsea, but with a 50mil price tag on his head I'm not surprised.

I thought he started to decline well before his move to Chelsea.
I was stunned at the transfer, I thought he had been poor at Liverpool for a while before the move.

He's not poor, but he's no where near the player he was around the time of the 2008 Euros. He was the best at the lone striker role that I've seen. Brilliant at leading the line, making the runs, holding it up for support. And a fantastic finisher, usually off the end of run leaving defenders for dead. He's had a bit of success this season, but he's also had some howlers. You can see it in his face, the belief isn't there any longer.

Great player. Never really understood the flak he gets as there's a lot worse out there.
