Error 288

IT and Technology gurus, anyone know what an error 288 is and how I get rid of it? Had a microsoft upgrade at the weekend, ever since I get this message when I log into my sky emails?

You might get error 228 when you sign into your Sky email. To fix this, you'll need to contact us and tell us your public IP address.

Daz, it was, Sky had locked my account after the easyJet hack on Monday. EasyJet had subsequently emailed me (go figure) to say my account was one if those hacked.
