English FA Cup

Easy mistake to make as the BBC has treated us to the build up in one way or anohter for about 3 fukking hours.
Fucking annoying isn’t it. That’s English football though. Incessant hype and very few games rarely live up to it. Don’t get me wrong, their standard is light years ahead but quite often, it’s a turgid style.

Brilliant hearing fans cheering challenges and chances again, can’t wrap my head around how that can’t be done up here next weekend.

Yes it is infuriating. Glasgow having increasing rates will probably be what is used to vindicate the decision however

Aye probably, but it was a half hearted approach from the begging. The FA and UK Gov were keen to get fans into the final, the SFA and Scot Gov were never really interested.

Absolutely, don’t disagree with you. Obviously, I’m not in the know but you just get the impression that it wasn’t important to them or much of an issue

Game certainly needed it. Before that screamer, I’ve had more enjoyment when the ex wife took me for a long day trawling around IKEA

All socially distanced at a foot apart.(or less).
Some wearing masks, many not.
Many not had one jag, never mind two.
But yes, let the fans in.

They’ve all been tested and returned a negative result, it’s hardly a free for all, and no one is forcing them to go... Piss on their parade if you want, but I’m happy to see things trying to get back to some kind of normality.

London has more cases than glasgae though 🙈🙈
I know mate and it adds further frustration. I don’t know, just seems a complete mess at times with no rhyme or reason. Despite what you say there, and I acknowledge and agree with it 100%, I can see them using the increased rate in Glasgow and the decision to keep them on tier 3 to justify no fans at hampden

Aye, which makes ya wonder, why we cannot do that up here? I have lateral flow tests, they are free, takes around 15-30 mins for a result.

Never watched it.. the game diwn there bored me.
So i watched St J v Livi on Alba 😂
Just fir research purposes you understand 🥺

Exactly mate. They could do that here if they wanted to, but I think they don’t.

Who's pissing on their parade?
Good luck to them. Stated a few observations is all.

VAR is shite.
Actually, in this case it worked accurately and quickly. Tough on Chelsea, I know, but I think it got it right this time.

But then, given that I thought Chelsea would definitely be too strong for Leicester ... What do I know?

Been watching a bit after the cup final and the post match celebrations etc. Actually one of the better stories coming out of football this year. Leicester seem a very well run club and the owners a decent bunch.
