Is there no football news out there? Are there no depths you will not sink to keep us bored rigid? Your constant reporting on anything that is spouted by Jose Mourinho combined with the saturation coverage of the Gareth Bale circus has become utterly tedious and is, quite frankly, now bordering on obsession. There is so much more to football than these two bell-ends so here`s an idea, could you please give us all a break and talk about something else?

PS, If your man Mourinho starts spraffing pish about baby eggs again.....it`s no funny and he should not be encouraged by you morons at the press conference.

PPS, This big fat zero...0, is roughly the amount of fucks i give about how many passes and assists ( another Americanism which has crept its insidious way into footballs language by the way.....like free agent and give and go......:banger: ) Bale has made so far in his Champions League career.

I also go to pubs where there's music on so can't hear the muted telly - couldn't hear it in the Bailey last week either.

Whilst I agree, you and I are the cause of the problem...endorsement thru subscription.As long as we continue to fund them, they'll continue to pump out the nonsense about Bale/Rooney/Jose.

On the + side, the array of female presenter they offer up might make all the pish worthwhile.
 
When i say Sky Sports.....i actually mean Sky Sports News. It`s free. I dont subscribe to them. :lookaround:

:D Pedant Alert....

Ok, it comes as part of a basic SKY subscription package. You dont need to subscibe to SKY Sports to get it.....which is what i meant..:rascal:

Yeah, it`s odd. I get all the regular packages so i get ( British)Eurosport.....Not that i watch it much. I did go to watch it a couple of weeks back though. They were showing live US Open tennis.....Murray was playing so i thought " I`ll watch that! ". Flicked it on and British Eurosport weren`t showing Andy Murray, they were broadcasting the Laura Robson match live, who was playing at the same time. Yep, she`s the big star right enough.....:banger:

I get BT Sport for nowt though.......so all is good. :thumbgrin
 
I stopped subscribing to Sky Sports at the turn of the year and have not regretted it for a minute. I still get Sky Sports News for free on the basic Virgin Media package I have...however the only time I ever really watch that with any great interest is on the last day of the transfer window.

Well said fritz in your op. I'm finding myself more and more not listening to the commentators after match analysis, SPN because like you have described. Boring as fook.
Infact I hardly watch any football live on tv anymore.
