I think the person who says this in the article has it about right.
Man released without charge for trashing his own pub with a jcb after being refused service.
Now I imagine being refused service in your own pub would require the a level of catastrophic insobriety equal to the task of then wrecking it.
He can't be done for it apparently because he can do what he likes to his own pub. But unless it's his own jcb as well surely that's one charge and if nothing else surely it's epic drink drlving?
