Now prancing around with Stalinists of the communist party of Great Britain (Marxist Leninist) at a May Day bash yesterday.

This lot split from scargills party over (their) support for North Korea. As above they're Stalin fan boys also, and Mao.

In short, every bit as bad as the BNP - arguably worse than those who aren't explicit Nazis.

How can a labour leader address this kind of crowd? Time for labour to get rid before the party descends further into the moral cess pit.

He just needs to be rumbled standing behind a swastika to complete the set.

Indeed. However, I fear such is the fundamental change in party membership it is no longer a broad party. Even excellent Labour MP's like Stella Creasy are at threat from deselection from the hard left that the Labour Party has never been. It really is laughable that some think Corbyn has a hope in hell's chance of leading Labour to victory.

Calling May Day extremist is about as crazy as calling the Labour party anti-Semitic. May Day is a long established tradition where working class rights and gains are celebrated by the international labour movement. These gains are such as the NHS, decent holidays, social care, weekends(!), welfare stuff like that; things that I'm sure most Bouncers will appreciate. Corbyn and McDonnell should be applauded for attending and speaking, which is much more than most Labour Party leaders have done in the recent past. Representatives of The Communist Party are free to attend as well as a range of other left wing groups. Sadly the Communist Party will have Stalinist elements, but therein lies a history lesson - which deserves its own thread!

The Labour Party has a problem with anti semitism thanks largely to the left, on display on May Day - and predictably singing their Jew hating songs
Sadly it's now got to a point where labour could be argued to have an institutional problem.

Corbyn should not be speaking at an event in very large part attended by communists; no major politician would turn up to an event largely attended by Nazi groups and it's the same here.

The sooner labour distances itself from leftism the better chance it has of any kind of future beyond being an NF for the upper middle class.

Perhaps it is time for a change of party song?
