Much as I like hot chilli sauce, strong mustard is too much for me, so I’ll be tending to the bland here I think. But hardier men may win the day.

I voted Dijon. Would have gone with English but you can't seem to get anything that gives you a nosebleed anymore. Like a good mustard with steak and Dijon does the business.

I love the old Colmans English Mustard.....barely a day goes by that some of that does not go doon ma fat neck.

I voted English but truth be told I love all mustards. top of the condiment pops.
