just back from a weekend up. Saw it in the Jock Stein/St Bobby Sands End (went with a sellik mate) - thought old problems were there in force. Just like the Maribor game - plenty skill, plenty of ball-winning, and absolutely no plan at all in the final third. Traditional Hughes plan of taking off a fullback for no sane reason while correcting the glaring de Graaf/Galbraith issue; Rankin for Trakys was a sensible sub but there wasnt enough time for it to make a difference either way.
Thought Dickoh was excellent, probably our MoM. Brown was okay but totally sold the second goal. Hanlon was a total liability and I don't know whose fault that is.
Deeks' goal was tremendous. Couldn't believe my eyes.
