Bamba didnae play and the match was rotten.

thougth the match was actually quite interesting tactically in terms of how much of a transformed side CIV look. I'm afraid to say that part of that tactical difference looks to be the central defensive pairing of Zokora and Toure with Eboue goign into Zokora's midfield position. On last nights showing I think this will be Svens preffered line up, they looked unfussy and solid in defense, marked well and turned away prettymuch everything portugal could throw at them. Against Brazil I would be surprised to see Sol start...
I wore my bamba CIV shirt yesterday out onto the streets of Bangkok last night, getting some funny looks and comments from the locals who were confused that it didn't say Drogba on the back, and I was thinking it would be justified when Sol got himself a goal :pullhair:
