Jacob Fearnley, edinburgh lad through to the third round, well done son πŸ‘πŸ‘
BTW, Jack Draper, another brit through to the third round. Potentially the next Andy Murray, looking at his game πŸ‘πŸ‘

That's quite a win for both of them. Fearnley's rise up the rankings is pretty dramatic. Draper looked down and out against a home favourite. Draper's been hit by two things: he's very injury prone and missed the key development years due to COVID.

Frarnley didn't get enough credit for dispatching Kyrios.

Think Djokovic is on the way out now so there are openings for everyone to kick on πŸ‘ Sinner, Alcaraz and Zverev being the front runners though

What a career Djokovic has had. I'm enjoying the Andy coaching dynamic. Sinner has the small matter of a doping tribunal in April, but that not withstanding he is brilliant. Alcataz is something else. I can't stand Zverev!

Hmm, I thought Zverev was the least nippy, what you not like about him . Too many necklaces 🀣

I don't really like his style of play and he's had too many allegations about hitting women.
Ah, didn’t know that, his bird looks ok in the stands, but if true it takes a while for them to see the light . May have to look into that πŸ€”

Actually, Medvedev is my favourite player, on the verge of exit atm though😩

He is quite the character.
Yip, bit of a moaner at line judges etc. but usually justified, good interviewee and never fist pumps, when others fist pump after every point they win 😑should be on the moany chat 🀣

Novax, one minute limping, the next running about all over the shop. Dinny be fooled Alcaraz, he feigns injury on a regular basis, great player but 😑

Novak. Motherfucking. Djokovic.

Indisputably the greatest player of all time, whether he wins this AO or not. Probably the most mentally strong athlete of all time, too, in any sport.

All true

Still a twat though 🀣

I remember he did Andy with that routine in an Aussie Open final when Andy was two sets up. The champagne was ready to pop ...

It's because he has a great coach :-))

Surprised Andy would've went for that , no as If he need’s the money πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
Why? They've known each other since they were 12 -- Andy clearly thinks highly of Novak, as a player and a man. And I'm inclined to go with his opinion, as opposed to the internet "Novax"ers...

No, but he's a young man who needs to think about what he does next. I don't think he's a sit around type of guy. Whatever happens it won't be a long gig with Novak, but it could open up some options. I wonder whether he wants a full time coaching gig? Probably not, but maybe a short term fixer?

Not yet ,Joe.
Alcaraz is there, Sinner maybe, but they've a long way to go to reach the Nadal, Federer, Djokovic, Murray and Wawrinka dominated time.
Wawrinka πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ, I’d put a few ahead of him , he won the australian but a bit of a flash in the pan that . I expect that other bawbag Kyrgios to have a comebag, sorry comeback 🀣
Think Draper may be one to watch though of the british contingent πŸ€”

Wawrinka won three slams. Not to be sniffed at. Kyrgios is done. Quite a few commentators were down on his lack of application and fitness this year. Draper is a puzzle. I think he has it, but there's something stopping him progressing. Maybe the COVID times held him back when he most needed it.

Fair play, didn’t realise that, was Nadal injured at the French?
