I have been trying to watch this movie all week Dub, but I keep get rudely interrupted by a rather annoying weegie wanting to watch Big Brother. Fortunatley for everyone BB finishes once and for all tonight so i should get a peep at it over the weekend. From what i've seen it seems to be based on Radio Caroline but i'll need to watch it all before I can give it a thumbs up or down. Like what i've seen of it so far mind.

Ill make a few enquiries mate, final tickets are like golden chicken teeth to find though.. For some reason the GAA have a daft method of ticket allocation as I found out during Armaghs peak. I used to go to every game but when it got to the final it seems only those with plenty 's or intercounty connections get the tickets. Armagh, having the smallest playing population in Ireland tends to get the smallest allocation when they aren't involved in the final and iirc the tickets get sent to GAA clubs and members names are drawn from a hat to see who gets them.
Have you tried phoning round GAA clubs in Derry, Antrim and Tyrone? Pubs can be a good bet (try maybe Ross Carrs pub in Newry if he still has it?) Good luck!

Glad you enjoyed it. I knew it was about radio caroline but didnt want to ruin it for you. I loved the christmas dinner at Twatt's boss's place it was classic stuff.

Not got anything else for you at present. Now that I'm back at Chateau Dub I've got other distractions. My bro is brining me a wheen of DVDs this week sometime so I'll see if there's anything decent in there.
