10 years ago was the last vote for independence...yes it's that long already. Would you vote the same way tomorrow? I am not sure I would but anyway I feel old again.

I voted No. I kind of regret that I did but then again I don't. I think the quality of our politicians is horrendously poor here in Scotland that in the current uncharted waters it gives me real fear. Worse than the rest of the UK? Aye, probably... That said I'd most likely vote Yes in any future referendum. I'm amazed that despite the shit show the SNP has been the past 10 years (in Government and to advance the pro Independence case at a time of Westminster debacle ad naseum) that there's still a healthy 45%+ who would vote Yes in any referendum.

I voted yes and would continue to.I want to see the break up of the British State as I feel that it would make it more likely to move towards a revolutionary situation.I am not interested in propping up Capitalism and therefor I have no interest in rejoining any kind of economic union (i.e the European Union) I'm for out out,a minority position I know, but I would guess not for long.If we are to get in the position of even thinking about independence the Radical Independence Campaign would need to be reinvigorated, easier said than done but I,m willing to fight for it.

Couldn't vote then or now. Had I been able to I'd have voted yes then, but I'm a wee bit more jaundiced now. I think Brexit has been messy enough, and a grim test balloon; anything that put Scotland in a similar situation with rUK would be a total disaster. This is not a ringing endorsement for Westminster overseeing Scottish affairs - I just think the cost outweighs the benefits as things stand.

I will always be Yes. It’s a moot point though because we’ll never get the chance again.

Voted yes. Would 100% vote yes again every single day of the week.

The sway was the scaremongering that Scotland wouldn't be in the EU. At least academic wise. The irony a couple of years later isn't lost on anyone.

The healthy 45% you quote voted with their feet on July 4th and will probably do so at the Scottish Parliamentary elections dispite the inevitable 'Government in Crisis from day one' I predicted on here of the Blairite government you have cheered on pre election mate who are disendegious about that so called 'Black hole' have and will continue to hammer workers and there families, in the interest of Big Business who ushered him in as an alternative to their historical discredited Party of choice.Get one think clear, reforms by Blair or the SNP government I supported if they were beneficial to worker and their families. I have said on here numerous times, however these reforms were in a relative upswing in the UK economy.
This is a different economic period for British broken and World economy.
Labour blames the Tories black hole, the Tories blamed the previous Labour government before them, The SNP government blames them both.
To the OP this electoral meltdown is because in my opinion the SNP regarding Independence have taken not only supporter of Independence for granted but worse in my opinion like the Grand old Duke of York took them to the top of the hill and back again on several ocassions , as I've said before with half baked, making the GE as a defacto referendum. I watched the inept Swinny today giving another pathetic spin.

BIG G

One look at fuckers who have been our great leaders since, tells you all you need to know about the people of Scotland's choice 10 years ago.
How anyone can watch and listen to the millionaire Eaton elite and still.want to be a part of it , is utter bemusement to me.
Not to mention sadness
They even tell us " a pound spent in Croydon, is worth more than a pound spent in Strathclyde" , and still we voted to remain. Get your head round that.

I've had many an argument with Scots on social media who don't live in Scotland but want a vote in any future referendum. I can't support that so I rule myself out.
In different circumstances it would be a firm yes from me.

On the flip side the leaders of Holyrood have hardly basked themselves in glory either.

I would still go with people with the best interests of Scotland any day of the week mind you. Even if they leaders are wankers.

I voted yes. I was of the Ilk that if we have problems, we're better fixing them ourselves rather than asking our masters.

When talking about voting no, someone said to me "that's like not buying a house you want because you don't like the wallpaper. Buy it, and change it"

I'm sure the Eton elite would want me to correct your spelling but I got told off for it yesterday so I'm not gonna...

Yes then Yes noo

Voted no last time - no faith in a Scottish government to balance the books.

I’d probably vote yes this time. Still no faith, but more so, I’d be voting for my kids future.

If Scotland had gained independence , the SNP would not have got a look in at our 1st general election. People who voted No, were obviously happy with the status quo, and were willing to ignore or in fact enjoy, the mis treatment that the Westminster has treated us too.
Why the country was not up in arms demanding another referendum while the clown was our leader will forever be complete bemusement to me.
Now we have a millionaire Sir, who claims for more extra cash, than he has just taken from relatively poor pensioners who have worked all our lives.
If Scotland was a burden to Westminster , make no mistake, they would drop us like a bag of shite.

what about if they were though, the issues with Ireland and Northern Ireland would be even worse over here. How would that be solved?

Not qualified to vote but would most definitely have voted Yes. Would do the same now too.
