Great news our talented, powerful and Most importantly FAST centre half is back playing.
. just hope the yorkshire pudding actually picks ryan to stop shipping goals like we have been.
Get into them big fellow.

Hope to see him involved in some way at the weekend, another game closer to full peak condition. We might be cautious given the surface.

It would be great to have his drive back in the side for the derby.

Has he had enough “minutes” though ?

Not the half hour or so I watched, Bill. He was in his usual position of right CH.

I wonder if Wild Bill is suggesting him for defensive mid at Hibs.

Lot of chat around that position currently. Snowball effect on forums: We need an aggressive ball winning psychopath to do the Makelele role.

Would be concerned about playing him on that surface.

Me too. Let him accumulate 'his minutes' on grass and strengthen his knee before chancing that stuff.

That might be because fans using forums can see we are losing the midfield battle every week?

Get a midget Frenchman in then if nobody else is coachable on how to do a simple job of sitting and protecting a back four.

I , with tongue firmly in cheek, meant for the game at the weekend. :lookaround:

Its all very strange as he made his comeback v Newcastle 6 weeks ago and has never been seen since.

Is it still the knee or another injury niggle or is PHB boxed in that you bring in Porteous probably for Jacko and we arent far off starting a team having bumped every single one of them. (new signings)

Fortunately Naysmyth is a gimmie and Hallberg a probable which gives PHB an out but if Porty can't get in soon in front of Jacko or Hanlon then you do wonder.
