6 month contract for a well respected out of work manager

For 6 months get in someone in who is a mega master manager to assist Mixu.

Get the best, most well known, most respected, qualified manager thats available.

The possibility of working with such a person should be an honour for Mixu. (Does anyone think if we could get someone like Beckham for 6 months the other players would object? Why shouldnt it be the same for Mixu?)

Were not going to be able to hold on to a mega master manager for any length of time anyway but till the end of the season should be doable, not much managerial movement just now. Great experience for Mixu learning from the very best, something that will stand him in good stead for the rest of his career.

Working with such a mega master manager would be an inspiration for the players.

Working as a consultant wouldnt do the mega master manager any harm either.

Probably wouldnt do any harm to get such a manager on Hibs side for the future too.

    Note to Rod

6 months mega master manager salary will probably be less than Mixu's compensation.

    Interesting idea.

However, I think we are better just to part company with Mixu.

Some excellent use of alliteration there! So effectively what your saying here is this Mega Master Manager would be Mixu's Mentor?

Perhaps. But I reckon that Mixu would have to be in agreement with doing that and I dont think he would. It may even lead to a claim of constructive dismissal which would cost the club a lot of money far more than a mutual consent deal.
In any event, yet another layer of management would confuse the situation even more in my view. Who would be ultimately responsible for team talks & tactics?
In other words, the imposition of a mandatory mega master manager mentoring Mixu means maybe massive misunderstandings making Mixus management messages materially malformed.

    Probably.
