How Depressing Would It Be To Watch Their Version Of The Game Week In Week Out?

Though they are about to die so they won't have long either..

Said it before many times if Refereee's allow they kind of tactics to go unpunished then what hope for us?

Kenny Clark is a weak and ineffective referee.

In all honesty i'd rather get beat playing our way than win playing their way.

    $#@! Off Gunt.

You would think that you'd be more concerned about impending court action and the resulting imminient death of your club.

    They are pish. Full Stop.
Hibs weren't great today but we were better than them anyway.
They have one route to goal: punt a long ball up the park. They tried this many times through the game.
They are an absolutely pish team and I can't wait to play them on 12th May

Thought that this afternoon ...would I want to pay good money every week to watch that brand of cheating, diving, unimaginative hoofball? We ran riot over a decent Kilmarnock side ...should have massacred this bunch of unfit Hun wannabes.

never an easy game against the gunts, just more dissapointing than $#@!ed off that we played it like a friendly, while they were diving in all over the place

good thing is that all the top 6 have now seen their tactics.. so dont expect them to win again this season

Just thank the lord that we support a team that at least tries to entertain the paying public. I could not imagine having to watch a team like Hearts so bereft of attacking intent.

Good luck to them but no thanks.

Re: How Depressing Would It Be To Watch Their Version Of The Game Week In Week Out?

the lowest thing about today was...

we never lost to a decent team...

yet again a Hibs team going into a game as red hot favourites lost to what is to be honest a pub team

I thought the arrival of JC would get us over this mental hurdle
    not yet anyway

They play terrible football yes, but a really good football teams could break them down. We were pish today, and never managed too.

    Very poor from Hibs.

I have to agre with Don Johnson there!

Hibs at least did not lower themselves to Hearts' "industrial" brand of football and also kept their discipline remarkably well considering the treatment dished out to many of them. But now that we've shown we can rise above their tactics, we have to find a way of beating teams like this - presuming of course that they are still in existence.

There is no point in people being bitter about it.

Crap football or not, they won and we lost. Instead of looking at how bad their team is, time to ask ourselves why we couldn't break them down.

We could not break them down, because there was no flowing football which breaks teams down, by having opposition players dragged out of position, and our players can get in behind them.

Hibs could string 3/4 passes together and try and work openings. But the way the Gunts play, you can bet your last pound, that there would be no 5th pass. As some thug that wears that $#@!ty strip would just blooter a Hibs player. You need a strong ref. Yesterday Clark was pish.

The Gunts know there limitations,so they play to bully teams. We were poor yesterday, and maybe a little niave regarding there tactics. But we'll still be here this time next year. will the gunts

Re: How Depressing Would It Be To Watch Their Version Of The Game Week In Week Out?

Conversation with me and Gunt fud in pub watching game...

Gunt fud going mental after goal...

Me: 'You not be bothered actually going to the game then mate?'
YF: 'Nah, didnae want tae cos' I thought we'd get humped. You no be bothered either like?!!'
Me: 'Nah, I tried mate, but we won a cup last weekend and so I couldn't get my hands on a ticket. At least we'll win something this year though eh..'

YF: 'Ah'm no bothered - as long as we beat you...'

In my book, THAT says it all. Unfortunately, that is the universal mentality of these pond-life, inbred, f*cking halfwits.

Why? Because we lost yet another Derby match. I'm sick of the "at least we tried to play football" bollocks and i'm sick of our piss poor Derby record. Maybe we should try and muscle teams a bit.

Why? Because we lost yet another Derby match. I'm sick of the "at least we tried to play football" bollocks and i'm sick of our piss poor Derby record. Maybe we should try and muscle teams a bit.
    That's a good point!

I like watching attractive flowing football when it has an end product!

We were going nowhere yesterday and we were bullied and kicked all over the Park, unfortunately the incompetent $#@! in Blue allowed this to happen.

I wasn't surprised at the result, in fact I even predicted that very score, but I just wish that sometimes we put up a bit more of a fight, Scott Brown can niggle and has obviously been warned against it, what about a midfielder that can kill?

Maybe it's just me, but seeing as the Ref kept 'missing' the man handling of Jones in their Penalty area was that not even more of an invitation to keep pumping the ball into the middle of that area, surely eventually something's got to give!

First derby defeat at home in FIVE years..
Sorry, are you suggesting we have a good Derby record? Last year we conceded 4 to them on three occasions yet you don't think we have a piss poor derby record. But hey it's okay losing derbies because at least we tried to play football.

There is no point in people being bitter about it.

Crap football or not, they won and we lost. Instead of looking at how bad their team is, time to ask ourselves why we couldn't break them down.
spot on, how many times over the years do we get the " id rather lose playing good football than win win playing like them" winning is the name of the game and on occassion we have to learn to do it ugly, they had a game plan, stuck to it , got a goal and won, we were not up to breaking them down, however threre is always the next time.

My opinion was that Jones should have had a look at where the ref was positioned and then stood straight in front of him. What happens then is that the ref has to give a penalty or he stops getting fouled. Although the treatment of Jones in the box was the most blatant, he was not the only one getting fouled there was a bunch of Hibs players getting grabbed every time a cross went into the box.

No way would I watch that every week, but it still hurts. We have got to find out how to beat these cloggers. We have to be harder and stop gifting them goals

Hearts play a wierd Hybrid of Wrestling, Rugby "Tug-Jersey" with some football in between.

I'm glad I follow a football team rather than that Frankenstien's monster of a club.
