Shaun McKinley Live Forever Cycle Ride

    Hi all

another update on my quest to cycle to all 42 stadiums in Scotland in memory of Shaun McKinley.

Couple of weeks ago, I visited Ayr, Kilmarnock, St.Mirren, Morton and Dumbarton bringing my total to date to 28. Next Wednesday 2 May, I am getting the train from Newcastle to Aberdeen, then after visiting Pittodrie, I head south to Brechin, then on to Montrose where I will stay over night. Thursday, will see me cycle to Forfar, Arbroath, both Dundee clubs and finish at St.Johnstone, spending the night in Perth before train back to Newcastle.

That will then leave me Peterhead, Elgin, Inverness, Ross County in the Highlands leg to do. Stranraer on its own and Edinburgh City left to visit. When I contacted Hearts at the beginning of my quest, I was unable to visit as they were building new stand but stopped on the way back from Hampden leg for photo outside. To finish my quest, hopefully sometime Aug/Sept, it is my aim to get the train from Newcastle to Berwick, then cycle to the Capital and visit Tynecastle, Edinburgh City (Spartans) and finish at Easter Road.

Thank you to all for your continued support and best wishes and special mention to all in the St.Patrick's Branch.

Will give you update after next weeks ride.
