What have you got in the Grand National

I've just realised there isn't a thread already.

    I've gone for;

    Seeyouatmidnight
    Baie Des Iles
    Tiger Roll

There's three not to back if you haven't put your bet on already.
    They're gone, not here, forgotten
    The maroon brigade now cry
    The city is now Hibernian
The team that would not die

I’ve got Tiger Roll & Seeyouatmidnight both e/w.

Bets placed prior to seeing your thread so you’re off the hook
Seems like there's a hole in my dreams, or so it seems

I sent @Tiger Prima a tweet the other day telling him to get money on it. Luckily he did just that.

Some race it was...and a fantastic finish.

Did Anibale Fly and Tiger Roll and tipped them both to whoever asked me.

Father in law rang me up on Sunday and demanded to know why I hadn't been more "emphatic" with my tip. "You didn't sound that certain so I didn't back them!" he said.

Gently suggested that just because they'd come in didn't mean I was that sure about the outcome of a 40-runner four mile handicap that was ultimately won by a short head!
    so what do I know

Shergar ran on the flat so wouldn't be anywhere near the Grand National even if he wasn't dogfood already.

I had a look at Grand National horse names the afternoon of the race to see if any names jumped out at me.......Boo!

That very morning I had been at Morrisons bakery and plumped for some salt and pepper flavoured rolls rather than the plainer Tiger Rolls alongside.

A Tenner was placed on that same Nag and was quickly turned into 110 after a nervy finish.

Thank you God Almighty for the heads up but shame on you also for not making me “go large” on it.

Did God or the Lord Jesus Christ change your life? PM me if so and there will be a prize for the winner with the most interesting snoozefest.
