Gordon 'Geebsie' Hunter Q and A

Gordon ‘Geebsie’ Hunter played more than 400 games for Hibs over a thirteen year period, helped win the Skol League Cup and appeared in two other finals.
Gordon will be doing a Q and A at St. Patrick's Branch meeting on Thursday 15th February. If any Bouncer has a question that they would like to ask him I will do so.

Not a question, but what a player - elegant, hard defender. For me, if Hanlon could add a little bit of nastiness (like Geebsy had) to his game - he'd be outstanding.

He was my favourite player. Told him at Tynecastle that if he could have passed the ball he would have got a big move.... Don't think he appreciated it but said he knew what I meant.

Who was his favourite central defensive partner: Gordon Rae, Tommy McIntyre or Steven Tweed?

My second favourite, behind Keith! Get him along to East Maisins...show Paul how to be a bit of a bassa....and we're set!

Does he look at the photo of him emptying Scott Crabb and smile. I do every time I see it. 💚😀

As captain can you ask him if he booted Beumont in the baws for not halfing Foster. Also is it getting uploaded to YouTube like the other fantastic Q&A's that have been done?

Weird how you can act when bumping into a legend eh? He looked lost going into Lewis' thing at the corn exchange so tagged onto our we group. Felt 8 foot tall walking in with Geebsie. Legend.

Funny, that's not how I remember him.

Do you regret no going $#@!ing tonto along the wheatfield, top off, vickies, GIRUY gestures and cup ears? instead of a jump and a punch air.

Wayne Foster was a wank? Yes or Yes?

Did you guys get any sound or video from the Q&A? The ones with Super Joe and KT were fantastic.
