    Team for today?

Hibs shape as well as their performance got us the draw at Thellick Park, and I expect Thellick to be a bit jaded after recent games.

Those of us that have seen the away games know we play in more attacking, open way, mostly because the home teams cannae shut up shop against us in my opinion. Celtic play in a similar way to us and I fully expect them to do so today. How do we counter them? I would suggest its by going at them.

    My team would be:

    Rocky
    Daz
Efe (although he was awfy last week)
    Paul
Gray or Whittaker (no sure who is fit?)
Lewis (who was great last week)
Barts in front of the three
    Dylan
    SJM
    Boyler and Murray

If Whitts and Gray not fit, Boyler may be asked to slot in on the right right and Barker or Stokes left?
    nil satis nisi optimum

We have to pressure them to try and exploit any fatigue, without leaving ourselves wide open. The biggest thing for me is not giving away any cheap goals, which I’m more confident of with Marciano & McGregor back in the team from our previous encounter with them.

Teamwise I think Stokes will start with Boyle up front, Boyle will use his pace & power to press and get in behind, creating room for Stokes who simply has to produce a big performance. Murray, Shaw & Barker could be important options from the bench.

    I’ll go for a 352 of:
    Marciano
    Ambrose McGregor Hanlon
    Whittaker McGeouch Bartley McGinn Stevenson
    Boyle Stokes
We wanna be free, we wanna be free to do what we wanna do, and we wanna get loaded, and we wanna have a good time... That's what we're gonna do

Am I right in thinking when we played them at Hampden it was just after a European game away from home where they were run tagged?

Well in my opinion they were running around the big Hampden pitch like dafties!

Anyone hoping they'll be jaded is very likely to be disappointed!

Swanson and Whitty fit. Sinclair and Roberts both out for them.

    Rocky
    Efe Daz Paul
    Whittaker Bartley Stevenson
    Boyler Dylan SJM
    Shaw

The team picks itself other than which striker to go for.

The Shaw Gamble? It’s one Id fancy taking after his performance last week, regular development team scoring, and not forgetting his previous goal against Spetic. Also his compatriots have hardly been setting the heather alight lately. There is nothing to lose in this tie and I reckon the laddie will relish his chance to shine.
