    St Johnstone

Looking forward to tomorrow I must say. Looks like a decent crowd, a nice bright crisp day and hopefully we carry on our winning run. Saying that...

This century we have played them 31 times.

    W 12 L 11 D 8 F 43 A 39 Very tight.

    At ER. P 15 W 6 L 5 D 4 F 26 A 18

I'll go for a win by the odd goal seeing as we score a little bit more at home against them. Simon Murray will be the hero I reckon.

Are all their main playmakers still injured? Without the likes of O’Halloran and Millar they should be as hopeless as they have been on their recent terrible run.

Their manager seems to have his eye on the exit door too.

Sure on the way back from the Dundee game I heard them say on the radio st Johnstone have set the new record for most time for not scoring a goal something like 560 odd minutes so hopefully their run continues and we get a couple past them

I think we may draw tomorrow. Just can't get my head around the concept of extended winning runs yet, it appears!

If the online seating plan is correct, 18k or so crowd I reckon, couldn't get 5 together in either the East or FF Upper on Monday. Expect Yorkshire accents proliferating in the West Lower

I never noticed the tickets were in the West when you txt me earlier. This will be a first for me too. Been going to ER for 25 years and only ever sat in the East or FF.

I believe that they took the record from a certain team much favoured by members of this site

St Johnstone are a better team than their current form and league position would indicate. They play a good counter-attacking system which works better away from home so we are in for a difficult 90 mins tomorrow. They are a well organised outfit, but Hibs are on an excellent run at the moment and hopefully this can continue. I have to say that despite our good start to the season I haven't been all that convinced by our home form. We played well in the second half against Dundee but looked weary in the first half and it took a wonder save from Rocky to help turn the game our way. If we approach the game correctly tomorrow, don't concede any daft early goals, and play at decent tempo from the start I am confident of a positive result.

    2-1 Hibs.

Now you’ve mentioned that it does ring a bell of them saying it was previously ours! Hope we can start the same as we did against Dundee but maintain it this time

Hibs have more than enough fire power to beat St Johnstone over the 90 minutes tomorrow. However I don't think we'll get it all our own way and this shouldn't come as a big surprise to Hibs fans. I wasn't really impressed with St. Johnstone when I saw them at Perth earlier in this season however two weeks ago at Easter Road Dundee had been on a shocking run but took some beating. Don't think there will be many goals in it

2-0 Hibs! Boyle and Murray. Boyle's pace scared them last time, my uncle messaged straight after, how good we looked and how scarily quick he was.

I'll let you all know how it goes!

My young lad informed me tonight, that the last time we beat the farmers at Easter road, Oconnor and Sproule scored!!!
Must be due a win then!! That's a poor statistic!!

I think we will win , which is a bad sign!!!

5 league wins in a row is a massive ask. When was last time Hibs managed that?
