Best Team Formations For This Season

So basically 352 as seen today 2nd half or the other option of 4321 with x2 wingers and x1 striker.

I think more importantly, we have a manager that knows when to switch formations at anytime. Lennon is fast becoming one of the best managers in our history.

Spot on. You can't say this is our best team or formation . There are so many ingredients go into winning a game. We started season with Murray and stoksie up top. Team started to get a few sticky performances. Played diamond a few games. Had games with stoksie as a loan striker. Went with two wi gets in recent weeks. Two different formations at for park. Two different formations yesterday. Brilliant work from Lenny

That's probably jumping the gun a bit, he's not even won us the Scottish Cup yet . Hibs have nearly always struggled for consistency in the top league. If we start off well, we then fall away as we've seen countless times in the past. It's a smaller squad too so makes it all the more challenging. I really hope you're right but lets see.

I think 352 was relatively successful for Stubbsy but injuries and players available do sometimes dictate as well as the setup of the opponents.

It's the old cliché horses for courses
I would like us to play different formations that depends on who we are playing etc and like yesterday if it's not working and or we get injuries then change it to suit

Yep. And Lennon's recruitment has facilitated us doing this to great effect.
Hibs are standing on the brink of history...
