    Stokes back at Hampden...

For the first time since you know when...I wonder how he's feeling this time? Hope the alleged bug of last weekhas been well and truly shaken off. He's a proven big game player.
Hibs are standing on the brink of history...

Ive seen peeps slating him for last week when I honestly thought he knocked his pan in chasing lost causes and trying to cover the whole final 3rd on his own. I certainly appreciated his effort anyways. And that was coming back from a bug too. Feed him right at Hampden and he will score.

Agreed. The experts were all giving him pelters on social media last weekend. Watched a different player from me who gave 110%.

Saturday he was chasing down defendera and probably trying more than usual. He needs someone up beside him to feed off, but it's the usual midfield sitting too deep and leaving him isolated so although he's trying it's gonna take a miracle for him to do anything with it since he's so isolated

What is an expert? Someone with a different opinion? Stokes for me was poor. Perhaps disappearing to Ireland didn't help his preparation for a massive game

Our best chance of a goal on Saturday is through Stokes....hope he has fully recovered from his virus which certainly seemed to affect him in the Aberdeen game. I didn't think he played badly, but you could tell he had hardly trained all week.

    My thoughts too.

When I was $#@!ed with a cold virus I couldnae raise a smile far less a sprint.

The boy is a class act - and he will score if given a sniff at goal.

If not, he'll blooter some arse dressed like Elvis.

Equally commendable, but the latter may not get us a final spot.
