This Week In History Of Hibernian FC…..2nd- 8th October

These are the memories of St Patrick's Branch Member the Hibee Memory Man and by memory only. No Googling, books, cards up sleeves, hypnosis nor mirrors used! His opinions are his own take on things of course.

    Love these G.

I’ll chuck a longer response up later too, but I was at the game the week before that Clydebank abomination, when we thumped them 4-1. Seem to remember Eddie May scoring but leaving on a stretcher afterwards...

I think you are right there..

I was at both Clydebank games as well. We hammered them 4-1 at Easter Road, then the following Saturday came the 1-0 SC defeat at Kilbowie, one of the true low points of my time as a Hibs supporter. I remember getting back on the supporters bus after that game utterly devastated just in time to hear on the radio on the bus Hearts scoring the winning goal against Rangers in their cup-tie at Tynecastle late on. Goes without saying that was a black afternoon.
