    Defence for next week

Good to see Paul back but he's nowhere near ready for the league campaign. No Darren and no Sir David for the Jags game...what will we go with?

Guessing lewy Whittaker efe and fonts with Marvellous Marvin sitting in the front of them.

I think that will be the back 4, with Ryan Porteous the back up.

He's gone with 3 at the back with Porteous in some of the league cup games so that's another possible formation.

Lenny's signed well. We've great cover back to middle - though still a wee bit short up front...🔥🤔🇳🇬

I think it will be around September before we see Paul Hanlon starting regularly again.
I'm still a bit worried about Ambrose lack of a full pre-season.

I'm not. He's as fit as the proverbial butcher's dug. He strolled through the game today. So athletic and clearly looked after himself all summer.

Whereas, as to be expected, poor Paul looked a little sluggish. Not surprising. Just good to have him back.
