    Hibs 2 v 1 Fawkurk

We were pretty rotten last week, I expect an improvement tomorrow. The wee puss filled plook lookalike Houston’s heed will explode if we beat them tomorrow, let’s hope it does, he blames us for everything anyway. Fanny of a man that he is.

So, team wise, we had a few stinkers last week, and as someone who disnae read the mainstream media, I am no sure where we are team wise? I expect Laidlaw will return to the keeper position, he is decent and I have no fear of him covering for Ofir. Captain Dave, Daz, Efe and Lewis are sure starters, as is Marv on this occasion. I also expect Shinnie and Fraser to play if Super John is sitting on the bench at Humpdung. Cannae choose between Squirrel and Keats, both were gash last week. I expect Holt and Jase up front.

Let’s blooter the wee Hun Aird everyone is creaming themselves about and try and ensure Baird also gets an early sair yin. They are nae great shakes, Houston is a bawbag, we beat them and they are in the Championship for another year methinks?

As I said, we do that, Plook’s Heed explodes.

It's a tough game but I expect the 'switched on' Hibs to turn up tomorrow.

We really need to get our noses in front tomorrow. A point is not so much use to Falkirk which should help Hibs in opening the game up a bit.

I hope we smash these ****s, I'm $#@!in seek of the sight of them, and their zoomer of a manager.

I've got £10 on 3-0, Dylan first scorer.

I know, I know. But I feel bad about criticising Dylan of late for his perpetual absence. And I'm really angry about the Hampden thing. I'm just really up for blootering these ****s tomorrow.

David Gray doubtful for tomorrow apparently.....and the pitch is a bit of a mess.

Goes without saying this will be hard game for Hibs against a team which hasn't lost at Easter Road for about 7 years. No John McGinn will just make it even harder, but this is a big match for us and I think we will win narrowly. It's the last chance saloon for Falkirk in terms of any potential title challenge so they will come out and have a real go which should suit Hibs so long as we don't have any more defensive calamities like we did last Saturday....gifting teams goals on a plate really does my nut in.

    2-1 Hibs.

hope Dylan is fit to start..

if it comes down to a choice between Keatings and Boyle got to be Boyle, average though he is contributes a lot more.

if Sir David is out assume Forster will come in as we appear unable to produce young full backs ready to play first team football.

The pitch looked like a tattie field the other night, which will help the hackers from Fawkirk. Missing a couple of regulars will also favour the Bairns.

So with the omens against us I reckon Big G will get a return on his bet and the much maligned and underrated Squirrel will score one and assist two as we skelp Houston's cheating hacking diving elbowing wee $#@!ehouses.

Thing is....its turned into fairly 'big' game in recent times, but mainly because Houston is a hertz Kant.
We've sort o been part of this tae when in reality, Falkirk are a $#@!ty wee club with a bitter bawheid of a manager and they have had awfy awfy good luck against us in the past. Treat them with the respect they deserve and Hibernian will triumph. Lets pump them hibs!

Houston us just another failed gunt. $#@! him.

    Hibs win.

Two reasonable performances will get us 6 points and have the league virtually sewn up. We have the better players so we will need Cummings to get the goals, our usually solid defence to do the business and no $#@! ups from Laidlaw. The midfield and average full backs will have enough of the ball to create more chances than the opposition will. We just need to take more.

Shinnie might be key to providing the odd flash in the attacking third so hope he is on his game rather than $#@!ing murder.

Get the two wins I expect then we will be in a position to start building a new squad for next season and get some contracts extended and more importantly pre contracts agreed for decent players.

Simple as that Hibs. Over to you.

That sounds bad but when you actually look at it they have only beaten us once in this 7 year period. And that was 2 and a half years ago. The other 5 games have all been draws and for 4 of the years we weren't even in the same league.

Reverse it to the Bairnabeau and over the same period Hibs have W6 L2 D1 at their ground. Both have won a Semi at Hampden.

I think that shows that we are clearly the better team and I really hope the turned on Hibs appear today and play the Bairns off the park.

Though I expect it to be another score draw.

The last game at ER v Falkirk was another one of those "we were all over them" surreal experiences that EGB alludes to sometimes, where in the end we were grateful to snatch a point. Even against 10 me we couldn't catch a break. Assuming we approach this the right way i.e. Don't start with the tentative, pedestrian fitba, I expect us to get the 3 points. 2-0 Hibs

The sucker punch is coming if we don't get a goal. We haven't even got as far as testing the magic force field that stops us scoring. Hibs going at defences like this feels like watching someone trying to push an oyster through a coin slot.

Mmm, plenty of the ball but they've probably looked the more likely to score.

It's $#@!ing depressing, purely by virtue of the fact Falkirk are $#@!e. I'm not into this "show them respect" mantra, because we should be going out there to annihilate them. We've got better players in every position, for crying out loud.

Morton are losing; if that continues, winning today will largely finish this league off (particularly if we avoid defeat against Morton next week).

Come on, Hibs, for crying out loud.

$#@!ing farcical. 1-1 - did we even hold that lead for 60 seconds before giving them a corner out of nothing and inevitably, a goal?

Aye, that's largely an end to this campaign. We're going to essentially limp over the line, but that's enough and was always going to be. If we beat Morton next week that'll seal it, but just avoiding defeat will be enough.

2nd time is this season we've done them with a late goal! What a cracking goal it was too! Ref was shocking but we got there in the end! Good too see Dylan make it through 90 mins hopefully unscathed and was delighted to see Hanlon back in a hibs shirt

I must say I enjoyed that. Turned into a battle which I relish cos we never shirk a tussle nowadays. Shinnie was a big miss when he went off and it took Keats a while to get into it but he grew into the game and won it with an absolute pearler! Great stuff.

What a cracker of a goal in the second minute of added time, hope the horrible jambo FUDS plooky head has exploded. Never hated Fawkirk but that man is a welt. Three beautiful, lovely, massive three points.
