Bayern training at ER

Just come in from a post-work run and took a route that included the Lochend Butterfly Way. Running past the away end, I saw a bus in the space opposition teams normally park. Suddenly realised, on getting closer, that it was the official Bayern bus. They must be in doing the routine training on the away pitch the night before a game. Really cheesed off I have a 16 hour work day tomorrow and won't make the game itself. It will be a long time before we hear those CL tunes before a match at ER if we wait for the laddies to get there...get along and support Mrs Squirrel if you can.

If you live local, try and get to the match and support the ladies but the game is live on BBC Alba for those who, like me, live too far away to make the midweek trip.

Ah! Didn't know it was on Alba. Like yourself there is no way I'd make it after work living out West but glad to know I can watch it. Cheers for the heads up.Hope the ladies get a good crowd.

Last time I saw Bayern at ER I was cheering on Raith Rovers. Couldn't pass up the chance to see a great team like Bayern in the flesh.

Bayern were just way too good...like Celtic V Barca....great crowd of 2551 though,...take that in perspective, 2 games in the SPL (top league in Scotland) Hamilton V ICT had 1,611 and Ross County St Johnstone had 3,299 oh and Chelsea got beat 0-3 by Wolfsburg in front of just 3,783.

Why did they not have the Champions League theme playing at the start? I was disappointed, really wanted to hear that at Easter Road.

See they're 3-1 down into the second half. Seemingly scored a cracking goal too, they posted a vid on twitter but wasn't very clear
