    Jack Bruce

For those, like me, of a certain 'vintage' I'm sure you will be sad to learn that Jack Bruce has today passed away aged 71. A classically-trained musician and one-third of the legendary Cream, he leaves behind a huge musical legacy. Was lucky enough to see Cream at the Albert Hall, but also Bruce in his solo guise at the Queen's Hall.

One man who deserves the over-used tag of 'legend'.

    RIP Jack

Very sad to hear this. Jack certainly was a legend.

Pioneering a lead bass style, he was the very elite of bass players as well as writing some great songs for Cream. You could easily make an argument for him being Scotland's most influential rock musician ever.

    Rest in Peace, Jack.

Very sad news - a really innovative musician - "legend" is spot on.

Nothing to add to what has been said.

    Legend covers it.
    Ever play this game chief?
