Freaky versions of songs as good if not better than original

Kate Bush's original Wuthering Heights ultra slow - this is utterly amazing

Dolly Parton's original Jolene slowed to 33rpm - not a cover, this is actually her

just to be clear, the two songs I posted are the original songs by the original artists, NOT COVERS. My challenge is to find other songs that sound better when played faster, slower, backwards etc.

Sorry Art, I stand corrected. I'll try and find something akin to what you are looking or. Where to start, I've played all my Black Sabbath stuff backwards to see how that goes and apart from ritually slaughtering my neighbours chickens I think it went okay. Nothing to report musically though.

Absolute BELTER of a cover of Nirvana's Stay Away. Almost unrecognisable. In a massively good, soul, r&b, funk way.

I'm sure all the songs on the Pinky & Perky albums were just the originals speeded up and not actually sung by a couple of pigs.

Arthur Duncan was meaning songs you like speeded up of slowed down or made wonky in some way that actually sound really good.

I posted a cover cause I felt like it.

    Sorry Arthur.

Adele....a reggae version of Set Fire To The Rain..

( I think this is brilliant...)

I started out with nothing and i`ve still got most of it left.

That slowed down acoustic version of 'Layla' by Eric Clapton was a bit wanky.

I refuse to post a video.
